Parley of the Dead is a raid world task quest. It is obtained by speaking with Ish'amel the Bloodied in Illium in Conqueror's Square, in Thayd in Spaceport Horizon, or on Palaver Point.
Description
The Deadstar and Grimvoid Marauders leaders, Captain Ollo'nais and Quartermaster Stede, have been brought back to life - again. Ish'amel the Bloodied has requested that you destroy them again before they can join the crew of the Redmoon Terror.
Objectives
- (Optional): Use the Transit Terminal in Owanee Basin to travel to Palaver Point
- Defeat Captain Ollo'nais on Palaver Point
- Defeat Quartermaster Stede on Palaver Point
- (Optional): Ride in Ish'amel's Leaky Blimp to get to Grimvoid Landing
- Report to Ish'amel the Bloodied via your Datachron
