- Made some server stability fixes.

- Items which were previously unintentionally soulbound, will be reversed.
- The AMP point and Ability Tier Unlock upgrade items on the elder gem vendor now use the correct prerequisites for purchase.
- Technologist boosts and Cooking meals should once again be tradeable.
- Rune fragments should once again be tradeable.
Creature Combat[]
- Scorchwing
- Re-balanced values, and addressed issues with scaling that caused some of Scorwing's attacks, and the attacks of the adds to be devastatingly high.
Economy[]
- Fixed an issue that prevented players from selling C.R.E.D.D. for more credits than their character had.
User Interface[]
- Fixed an issue that prevented the "Sell Orders" tab in the Commodity Exchange from showing all of the items the player could sell.
- Corrected an issue with CS ticket submissions.
