Divine Class Focus - Major is obtained from Datascape at a rate of 2 per boss.. For mini-bosses they can drop if challenges are done.
Some people have claimed that it's possible to get through [[Divine Runecrafting Bag|Divine Runecrafting]] bags but % seems to be under 1% if at all.
