The Great Parley is a raid quest. It is obtained by speaking with Ish'amel the Bloodied via Datachron.
Description
Now that you're in place to observe the Redmoon's great parley, you'd better keep your eyes and ears open. Once you've learned what the Redmoon Marauders are up to, give Ish'amel the Bloodied a call and pass the information on to him.

- Defeat Captain Ollo'nais on Palaver Point
- Defeat Quartermaster Stede on Palaver Point
